*Spoilers For Avengers: Age Of Ultron*

"I Had Strings But Now I'm Free.” If you saw Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015) you’ll understand this reference as a quote from Ultron, the A.I. android created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner to save humanity, and yet he chose to destroy it. Or at least he attempted to, because the Avengers stopped his plan for human extinction (but not before he had killed thousands). Marvel hero the Vision killed the last version of Ultron at the end of Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)… or did he? Recent reports from The Hollywood Reporter say that James Spader, voice and motion-capture actor of Ultron, will be reprising his role in the currently untitled Vision show. The show is set to star Paul Bettany as White Vision, a resurrected version of the original Vision who has all of the original Vision’s memories. Terry Matalas is the series showrunner.

I think this is awesome!… and a bit scary. Ultron was a great villain in my opinion and I really don’t want him to get messed up. Hopefully they handle the character right. I have heard rumors that the resurrected White Vision, that will be the main focus of this show, is secretly Ultron in disguise, as Vision was created from a code and artificial body that was originally made for Ultron. We know that Vision’s mind was a mix of Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Ultron, J.A.R.V.I.S, and the Mind Stone, so I feel this theory could be possible. We will have to wait and see!

The currently untitled Vision show comes out on Disney+ in 2026!
