Yesterday Heat Vision (The Hollywood Reporter) reported that David Krumholtz and Emily Beecham had signed on for Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (2026), DC Studios’ upcoming second feature film. The two are set to play Kara Zor-El/Supergirl’s parents, Zor-El and Alura. We learned a few days ago that Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (2026) has started filming in the UK with only 4 confirmed cast members. The addition of Krumholtz and Beecham expandes this film and gives us more of an idea of what it could be about. The film is adapting the comic of the same name, so hopefully Supergirl’s parents are as important here as they are in the comic.

This is awesome! I don’t know much about these two actors, but I am extremely excited for this movie.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow takes flight on June 26, 2026!
